Dr. Dunn is a board-certified otolaryngologist who enjoys practicing the entire breadth of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He enjoys thyroid and parathyroid surgery, as well as pediatric ENT and treatment of nasal breathing, sinus problems, and sleep apnea. After his arrival in 2020, he led a collaboration with SCL sleep medicine to bring Inspire Therapy to eastern Montana. Inspire surgery is a treatment for CPAP-intolerant sleep apnea patients in which a nerve stimulator is placed on the nerve that moves the tongue to keep the airway from obstructing while asleep.
Dr. Dunn was born and raised in Topeka, Kansas. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2005, where he met his amazing wife. He then attended medical school at the University of Oklahoma as well, graduating in 2011. As a member of the U.S. Air Force, he completed residency training at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium, after which he was a staff otolaryngologist at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio for four years. He separated from the Air Force in 2020, and moved to Billings and joined ENT Associates at that time. He is the proud father of four children. He loves the outdoor opportunities that Montana provides in both summer and winter, and has a special interest in international medical missions.
